While you cannot change how you feel, you can do your best to shift your internal narrative and keep your thinking constructive. This takes strength and effort but is well worth it this week.

For a fire sign like you, moving slowly can feel uncomfortable as it forces you to sit with your vulnerabilities and insecurities—and that’s just hard. This week, you’re in a good position to create some stability in your life, but if you get too attached to it you will likely find that it creates more anxiety than it resolves. Having steady internal ground requires a balancing act, so do your best to resist the urge to dig in your heels and wait for your situation to bend to your desires. It’s time to let go, Twin Star. Things in your life may have taken a sharp turn recently and this is testing your ability to adapt without burning it all to the ground. This requires that you let go of control, while at the same time continuing to take responsibility for how you are or aren’t showing up.
