Weekly Overview

02.05-11.2025

This week's astrology starts off with a series of supportive sextiles that will help you navigate your choices and sort through your emotions. By the weekend, the effects of Uranus will be felt and there are likely to be major disruptions and upsets at play. Do your best to navigate stress by supporting your nervous system and maintaining a proportionate response to the unexpected. It’s not always possible to keep your equilibrium or sort through information in a collected way, and that’s okay. The key is to not make major moves, meaningful decisions, or have important conversations when you’re in a dramatic or defensive frame of mind. And the way to tend to your frame of mind is by tending to your emotions. Nurture your sad parts out of self-love, but also because it is the least messy way through this week, Aries.

This is an important time for you to tap into your inner wisdom and set some clear intentions, Taurus. How you embody and navigate your boundaries is essential this week, and if you find yourself fixating on what other people are or aren’t doing, then you’ve lost the thread. Keep your thinking and your behavior trained on what you believe in and what’s important to you, Taurus.

You may find yourself feeling pretty demoralized this week and looking for explanations, which makes total sense. The problem is that for as long as you’re looking outside of yourself, you may find reasons as to why you are struggling but you won’t retrieve your inner resources for coping with whatever troubles you. Tune into your agency this week, Twin Star. Remember that you have choices and that, ultimately, it is your choices that define you.

This is an important time for you to sort through your emotions and ideas to find your values, Moonchild. What you do is really important right now, and so clarifying your motivations and ethics will be incredibly important. It will be easy for you to slip into rumination or anxious thinking this week, and the way to evade this is by staying grounded and connecting to your body and the big picture of what’s important to you.

You may feel that it’s important to figure things out or come up with a new strategy right away this week, and that may be true. The key is to go about making choices and changes from a place of clarity instead of panic. Strive to find your center and act in ways that reflect who you really are and what’s important to you instead of just your fears and strongest reactions. Nurture yourself and your environment this week, Leo.

Things feel pretty out of control this week, and the truth of the matter is that control is a pretty bad goal for you to have right now. Step one is to get grounded enough that you are able to keep your thoughts and feelings centered on what is happening in the here and now. Step two is to identify the truth versus your narratives, assumptions or projections. The final step for you this week is to explore possibilities while releasing your attachment to getting it right, right away.

Your feelings are important, as are your circumstances, of course! But equally important is how you choose to respond to your reactions. It might not feel like you have much of a choice right now, but it’s important that you acknowledge that you actually do. Instead of obsessing over all the things that could have happened, would have happened if only XYZ, or “should” happen, strive to accept the now so that you can adapt and cope to the best of your ability, Libra.

When things get heavy—and they are likely to be pretty heavy this week—the best antidote to overwhelm is aligning with your values, Scorpio. In doing so, it may help you to simplify your options and best navigate your choices. You’re unlikely to have all the answers at this time and the uncertainty that provokes may be kicking up some anxiety, which sucks. Do your best to do your best by taking one small and aligned step at a time.

As dire as things may feel, your assignment this week is to navigate past all-or-nothing thinking and reflect on possibilities as well as probabilities and where you find yourself in relationship to them both. It would be too easy to lose track of your agency out of sorrow or stress, so do your best to get centered and grounded before you reflect on your situation to find your next best steps, Sagittarius.

This week is an excellent one for you to develop or double down on creating new habits, Capricorn. When you feel most tempted to obsess, ruminate, and fixate is exactly when you need to move your body and your attention. The pathway to finding the truth is not found through the same mind that is participating in the problem. Tap into the wisdom of your body as a way to shift your mindset and better access the wisdom within you, Capricorn.

The thing about fear is that it can be your friend when you have a well-adjusted relationship with it. Your fears exist to keep you safe by alerting you to danger, and that’s a really great thing. The key is to not recoil from your fears in such a way that you under or overreact to their guidance. Practice staying present with challenging emotions this week so that you may learn from their wisdom; if you determine that they are just emotions, let them go.

It’s really hard to tap into your intuition when you are future-tripping, and you need access to your gut instincts this week. Do your best to let go of your attachment to figuring things out in advance or getting them “right” so that you can be in a state of open neutrality and presence. This will allow you to have greater and more useful access to your most nuanced perceptions and hard-won wisdom, Pisces.
